Paarman’s Potato Spice provides wonderful flavour to chips, wedges, roast potatoes and mash potatoes. Boil or steam 4 large potatoes until soft. Season with Potato Spice and mash until smooth. Bring 125ml of milk to the boil and add 1 tablespoon of butter to the milk. Add the milk and butter mixture to the mashed potato and stir until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle Potato Spice over chips, wedges and roast potatoes before oven baking for delicious flavour. Easy to use, instant natural goodness. Simply season food before cooking.
